Galapagos

An Evolutionary Adventure

Galapagos bird with cactus

Transport yourself back in time.  Visiting the 19 islands and 42 inlets that make up the Galapagos Islands, you step back into a very raw, unspoiled environment.

Travel to the land of Darwin's studies, witnessing for yourself the animals and plant life that lead him to his theory on natural selection.  You'll be guided by naturalists both on land and onboard your cruise, providing educational presentations about the land formations, wildlife and vegetation.

Start your journey in Ecuador's capitol of Quito, the highest elevation capitol in the world.  There are several itineraries available, to the north side of the islands, the south side, an exterior route, or an interior route.  You can even extend your vacation after your cruise with either 1 or 2 nights in Quito, or an additional 7-night trip to see Machu Picchu, for a 16-night adventure.
