CANCELLATION PENALTIES

Prior to submitting your booking deposit, you will receive a copy of the contract that includes any cancellation penalties.  Please be sure to read them carefully, for your protection.

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance due to the vendor's very strict cancellation policies and have included the cost of the supplier's policy in the fare totals.  This is to confirm that you are aware of the cancellation penalties as described above on this page and that travel insurance is available for purchase to protect against cancellation penalties due to unforeseen MEDICAL reasons. If you opt to decline travel protection, it will be removed prior to booking and your cruise fare reduced accordingly.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

It is the traveler's responsibility to determine the correct deposit amount. The deposit will be processed for the minimum amount required to secure the booking, unless otherwise indicated by the traveler. You will receive a copy of the supplier's contract prior to applying the booking deposit.  Please review all information for accuracy and understanding.  Once you agree to the proposed contract, we will apply your booking deposit and provide you with the supplier's confirmation.
